JOB DESCRIPTION
The Wells Operations Lead will be responsible for the provision and assurance of all well engineering activities and interfaces for all delegated well work campaigns in Brazil. The role will directly supervise well-site supervisors, will interface with a variety of internal stakeholders and external service providers to drive safe and efficient well delivery. Also, will ensure HSE remains integral to all aspects of well design and operations, guaranting compliance with our local legislation and Trident´s polices and standards.
Some offshore visits will be required during operations.
The Wells Operations Lead will (but not restricted):
Owns the delivery of the assigned Wells campaign including front end design, project execution
planning, resourcing, contracting, detailed design, execution and close out.
Manage the key wells work streams of reactivation, mobilization, intervention, workovers, and
platform interfaces in compliance with the Wells Management System.
In conjunction with the Wells Manager, develop and maintain a manpower plan to ensure sufficient
skilled personnel are resourced applied at the appropriate time to deliver the campaign.
Ensure contract and procurement resources deliver contracts and long leads in a timely manner.
Ensure scopes of work are correct and appropriate for the campaign.
Creates a work environment that recognizes and focuses on collaboration, inclusion & diversity of ideas,
positive reinforcement, and safe operations
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering;
Fluent English;
Valid IWCF(Level 4) & TBOSIET;
Experience as Well site supervisor or offshore wells operations;
Experience with projects from the design thru the execution;
Experience managing Workovers and interventions;
Proeficieny in Excel, WellView or any other wells software.
